Prachi Shah brings a global perspective and a strong commitment to immigrant advocacy to her work with Vasiliou Law. Originally from India and an immigrant herself, Prachi understands firsthand the challenges that individuals and families face when navigating the U.S. immigration system. Her personal journey, combined with her professional experience, enables her to connect deeply with clients and guide them through the process with empathy, clarity, and confidence.

Prachi has more than five years of experience in the immigration field and has assisted clients across a wide range of visa categories. She has developed particular experience in EB-5 investor visas, having served as Director–India for an EB-5 organization where she managed investor outreach, hosted educational seminars, and helped foreign nationals pursue lawful pathways to live and invest in the United States. Her additional experience includes supporting clients with H-1B filings, tourist and business visa applications, and other consular processes for Indian nationals.

In addition to her legal training, Prachi has extensive experience analyzing investment-based immigration matters and advising clients pursuing business-related visa options. Before collaborating with Vasiliou Law, Prachi founded Prachi Shah Law, PLLC, where she represented immigrants and families seeking stability and opportunity in the United States.

Prachi speaks English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and is currently learning Spanish to better serve diverse communities. Her ability to communicate across multiple languages, combined with her background as an immigrant and her legal expertise, allows her to provide clients with thoughtful, culturally informed representation. Prachi is licensed to practice law in India, and she serves Vasiliou Law in a contract-attorney capacity, offering knowledgeable and attentive support to clients pursuing immigration solutions and long-term stability in the U.S.
