Welcome to Sarah Vogel Law Partners
Sarah Vogel Law Partners was established January 1, 2005 by Sarah Vogel and Beth Angus Baumstark. The attorneys at our firm have significant experience working for farmers and ranchers in the Dakotas and beyond. Sarah Vogel is the former two-term Agricultural Commissioner for North Dakota. Beth Baumstark and Sarah Vogel have been working together for years, advocating and fighting for the farmers and ranchers of North Dakota.
Though we focus our practice on legal services for farmers and ranchers, we also have significant experience with American Indian law and environmental law, land use issues, and small business matters. We are admitted in the tribal courts of North Dakota, and have represented both tribal councils and tribal members. Additionally, because so many of our clients have been impacted by energy development, we have expanded our practice to include helping landowners with legal issues related to wind, coal and oil development.
Our practice has been referred to as "good guy law," and we strive everyday to ensure that every citizen, whether an individual or corporation, has access to the legal system.
